Refund/Rescheduling Policy

Our rescheduling/refund policy states that any customer who cancels an appointment/ tries to reschedule only 24 hours before you will be charged a 10$ fee and will not be rescheduled and will have to book another appointment (if client desires). If this happens 2 or more times you may be declined service from then on. However, if there is a valid excuse for a rescheduling then you may be excused from the penalty. If you want to reschedule 25 or more hours away from the appointment, you will not face any extra charges or penalties. Unfortunately, to keep our small business afloat this is a required policy to protect us and other customers.
